The restaurant is very clean. Our server was very attentive and kind. The shrimp scampi and coconut shrimp was delicious. Unfortunately though, they significantly overcooked the crab legs. My kids were so disappointed. They were downright awful. My husband had the pasta and said it was dry, and not very creamy, and lacked flavor.Food: 3/5
Red Lobster STILL has it!!! > Biscuits with or without butter upon request STILL melt in your mouth. > Shrimp and Lobster Tacos w. Pico still fabulous and not overly filing. > Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms still the perfect lunch or dinner companion. > 5-Layer Chocolate Cake still moist and hits the sweet spot. > Our server, Jamie, was sweet as a lily! Hostess team was great too! Nice job, Dublin Red Lobster Team!!!!
The unlimited shrimp trio is the way to go! Dragon shrimp is delicious, and sweet chili forward. The sides menu is a little lackluster, but I realize it comes from corporate. The service was fantastic, quick and attentive. Very happy with the meal and service.Food: 5/5
We ordered online for pick up and was extremely disappointed when we came home and looked at the portion. When we dine in, we get a generous amount of Lobster Dip, however the portion for delivery was very very disappointing. See pictures. UPDATE: I reached out to them and they apologized and provided me a gift card. I went to the restaurant for dinner, the service can improved even if it's few hours before closing.
I brought my mom here, her and I both love seafood. I had not been to a Red Lobster in quite some time. I was surprised to find they have an endless shrimp option. My mom and I had to try it. It did not disappoint the shrimp was endless, the drinks were good. It did seem like they were short staffed which seems to be a problem at many places since the Covid pandemic. The manager is clearly filling many roles there. He was cleaning the floors, assisting at tables, assisting with seating, and much more.
I'm not sure when the promo will end. The $22 unlimited Shrimp refill set was a great deal. I had it on 7/30/23 There are 5 options of shrimp; grilled, coconut, garlic & shrimp scampi, alfredo with shrimp. All the above were fabulous. Our server was awesome too Berries Sangria was a disappointment Margaritas with patron was good
The hostess forgot about our party. We were told 5 minutes wait. At 15 minutes we asked and the response was "oh, yeah,uhh, we'll get that table ready right now" The server was kind, but took 20 minutes to get us water. The restaurant holds about 80 patrons and was less than 50% full on a Saturday night. I ordered the trout, standard fish meal. I've eaten softer jerky. It was flavorless, freezer burned, over cooked and then left in the heat lamp. I understand I'm in a state with limited fish options, but it was below Midwest standards. People were pleasant, but this was not an a great restaurant experience.
Salmon was great but even though we said we don't eat shrimp, salmon was served with shrimp & sauce. They replaced it without a question. That was nice. This time trout was great.
It was a great experience all the way around. Our server was awesome and the food was great!Food: 5/5
The food was absolutely delicious. Our server, Tara I hope I spelled it right, was absolutely amazing. She was very attentive and made sure we got everything we needed, as well as very nice and polite. Too often, servers are taciturn and stuck up and blatantly rude, but not with Tara.Food: 5/5
