I’ve never had a bad meal here.  Some meals are better than others, but they’re typically very solid.  It’s a good place for a decent dinner or to even hang for a few drinks.  Hockey is on the TVs, 90s tunes on the radio & Brittney is a great server whether she’s at your table or behind the bar.Food: 4/5

UPDATE:  I have spoken with Red Lobster about the issues I had during my last visit. They were concerned about my review and reached out to me.  After contact, they wanted to make things "right again" and offered my a gift card so I can have a better experience. That's a generous offer and I will happily go to another Red Lobster restaurant, soon. While my special day can't be fixed, at least PR management was willing to offer me a second try.  For that reason, I have changed my 1 Star rating to 4. It's great to have businesses that are willing to make things right.  Thank you.  I came to Red Lobster to celebrate 2 birthdays. Were seated in the bar area where the booths are so small for 4 people. Very uncomfortable to sit and eat.  Service was nothing to write home about. The waiter knew the reason why we stopped in for dinner, but not even a mention of our birthdays. No greetings or wishes. Just business as usual. He was just average and lacked that "hospitality" aspect of a server. I ordered the lobster tail and sirloin dinner with 2 sides.  Should've ordered my usual crab legs.  The cheddar bay biscuits were awesome.  Steak was prepared as ordered.  Potatoes were good, but I NEVER received my second side broccoli.  The lobster looked good from the start, but it didn't taste very good.  OVERCOOKED.  Rubbery/chewy stringy and very little flavor.  Tasted like a very overcooked shrimp.  For the price paid, it wasn't very good at all. To be fair, I am not an expert on lobster and this is the first time I've ordered lobster from Red Lobster, but it should've been better than what I received.  I was very disappointed with the most expensive part of my meal.  I would never order it again.  We were never offered any special "birthday" drink or dessert as most restaurants will do. As for the steak, potato and biscuits, I would give it a 4.5 Star rating.  Lobster 2 Star at best.  Zero Star for not getting my broccoli that I ordered. So, if looking for a great place to spend a special day birthday, anniversary, etc., I would say skip this place and celebrate it at a better restaurant that makes you feel special on your special day.

My folks and I had a delicious dinner here. They have tasty seafood with lots of flavor and great sizes. The cheesecake was excellent as well. Our waiter was very attentive.Food: 5/5

This visit at Red Lobster wasn't the same as we're used to. We're from Waterford. The stuffed mushrooms, which are usually delicious, were not good, too much stuffing seasoning. Just taste like boxed stuffing, not crab. The Ultimate Dinner we ordered, my husband's blackened salmon was very dry. The service was not good. The only reason we stopped here was we were on this side of town and usually enjoy Red Lobster. Oh well, at least my cupcakes, from Carl Reno, stayed perfect!

Service was wonderful & blue margaritas were great but lobster was overcooked & rubbery. $150 including tip for 2 people seemed excessive for what we received.Food: 2/5

Sometimes you just gotta go to Red Lobster for some quick crab legs, a cheap yummy drink, and a taste of those cheddar bay biscuits. Always nostalgic coming here. I tried the new garlic butter topping for the crab and I don’t think it was worth it, but I see what they were trying to go for. There’s also almost always a 30 minute wait after 5pm, be prepared.

I have not been here in forever.  Have to jave the salad and of course biscuits  sat at bar service was great tried the mew stuffing. It was good but preferred the old school sides. Also the Brussel sprouts had wayyyy too much sauce and sweetness. So ask for on side or only a little. Overall great  oh also the snow globe drink was fun

Yesterday was our 3rd time eating at this Red Lobster location. Our experience was good overall due to the exception of manager’s attire revealing her cleavage, especially when she was leaning forward or wiping the floor. Her cleavage was visible. On the positive note, our waitress and all other waitresses were professional in their appearance and in their approach. All the workers we encountered were polite, laid back and tried to make sure we had a good meal. Food was really good, due to the exception of salmon was prepared medium rare instead of well done. But they are good at fixing things like this there.

Much better experience here. The manager, Lori could not switch my Birthday cake reward  for an appetizer but gave me a coupon for a free appetizer & gave me a coupon for my next visit. WOW!! Above & beyond! We have never had a negative experience here. Its a longer drive, but we will  always come to this location. Our server, Tabby was extremely friendly,  always had a smile, very accommodating. Our All you can eat Shrimp was  very good.  Only one serving was a bit over cooked, but ate it. Still out of my favorite,  Argentine Shrimp but that was listed as a disclaimer Limited supply. Our drinks were delicious. Top shelf Long Island & Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri. Thank you for a Beautiful Birthday Experience!

We took the whole family out for my son’s birthday. We had the best waitress ever! Charity  The food was pretty good, the service 100%! Fun atmosphere too! Thank you for all your hard work! We’ll be back soon!Food: 3/5
