I ordered delivery the food seemed like it was well prepared, but unfortunately it was cold by the time it got to me. The one thing that really upset me was the chocolate cake and ice cream that I was really looking forward to which turned out to be vanilla soup and a slice of lemon cake. Which in my opinion is the most disgusting flavor for a cake. Thanks for the birthday treat...
Let's start with the good: Nate the waiter5 stars and clean feeling atmosphere. That was it. I wish the pic of my food on the menu was as good as what I had ordered. A bit bothered by the shelling on the shrimp and lobster. It was so brittle I had to pick off the pieces of shelling from the meat before I could even put it in my mouth. The do over of lobster was better. But by that time I was just disappointed with the whole meal. The fries tasted like sitting too long under warmer and no seasoning. The broccoliI guess you should have it somewhat room temp with a meal like this was not warm at all. Scallops were ok. Other than that it was ok. I Can't say what factors caused this horrible experience but I hope they fix it.
My first time here! Pros: -The atmosphere was nice, quiet -The food was good -Our waiter was nice Cons: -Service was very slow, but I think it was because he was new told us he was still learning the menu -We ordered the endless shrimp and it was a good 20 mins between "refills" -I don't know if this is a con, and I may get backlash about it, but the cheddar bay biscuits are overly buttery. I love my butter but the biscuits were very greasy. Is this normal? Final thought: It's pretty expensive, but good. I would go back again and try something different. Not some place I would visit regularly, but more as a special treat. : Parking: Parking is ample but shared with Olive Garden. When pulling in, you have to be mindful of all the people waiting for curbside pick up orders.
I was hesitant to come in as I’m not a fan of big chains, but my husband really wanted to dine here. I was very impressed by the food! The Salmon New Orleans was exactly what I was looking for. Tasty cajun sauce wish it was spicy with shrimps and healthy sides of broccoli and baked potato. Love that they had a half portion option, which is what I got. The side of biscuits was delicious. Husband got a lobster tail, which melted in your mouth. I wasn’t a big fan of their take on mushroom caps. Overall, good meal. We did have to wait a while to get seated, while half the restaurant was empty. By 6, there was a giant lineup outside.
Ordered drinks, appetizers, & dinner. I was not impressed. I would much rather to to a more local PNW restaurant. Then nation wide chain. Ever again. The wait was quite a while just for our drinks alone. The food was subpar. Shrimp basically laying in a bowl of butter!! They forgot part of my order. We asked for lemon water. A water was brought, so we had to ask for lemon. He brought an entire bowl!! When only one or two were needed. I won't be back!
I wanted to like my meal here more than I did. Most of the food was good, but a little bland. I had to ask for butter with my crab legs which was hard because after our server took our order we only saw her one or two more times, with long waits in between. The electronic kiosk doesn't have a lot of options for smaller accomodations. Also you can't pay with a digital gift card on it. Another note was that my crab had some barnacles on its shell. I don't know if that's safe maybe it is but it felt a little off-putting. I have a fear of barnacles so maybe that's just me. Some food is consistently good- like the shrimp Alfredo, but even the fries were off they tasted like fish, I assume they share a frier?.
Had a great lunch with a friend. The wait time was 10 minutes. Server was very nice. Had an appetizer that came out very fast.Food: 4/5
Staff is friendly. We ordered 3 dinners with lobster tails, two of them are way too salty while one is fine. The salty lobster made me and my husband feel sick with heart-pounding. The breading of the Walt’s shrimps is too think which made it hard to bite. Cheddar biscuits and Caesar salad are great though. You better check the bill before you pay because we found that the beverage supposed to come with a combo was charged with extra cost. Overall - overrated and overpriced for the quality of food that we served. Sadly to say, We will not return and won’t recommend friends to go for lobster dinner
The clam chowder tasted bland, the food was decent and the lobster was pretty good and buttery. Fell apart decently. The shrimp and scallops were my favorite part.
I never really considered red lobster as a real restaurant I've always seen it as low budget seafood just like Olive Garden is low budget Italian inspo food. After trying this restaurant for the 1st time I will say the cheddar Bay biscuits did not disappoint those those definitely deserve a sandwich. As far as the lobster lovers platter goes theBrazilian lobster was overcooked they baked it but it was extremely tough. The main lobster was cooked to perfection I should have just gotten 2 main lobster's tails instead of the Brazilian lobster because ma'am that ruined a lot for me. The crab legs were OK definitely wished that they were bigger. The pasta was pretty good The crispy brussel sprouts was definitely a highlight as well those are worth getting next time. I give it 3 stars since they sat us in an area that had an extremely annoying family with crying children running back-and-forth sitting on tables et cetera the waiter was clearly Ignoring our request to move seats and she also ignored my partner's request for silverware. I know it was the greeter shouldn't have sat a couple in that area with a bunch of families. Let's acknowledge the fact that we went at 9 PM when kids should be asleep. Myself and another couple did not enjoy our meal based off of the environment we were seated in.
