I haven't been to Red Lobster in a long time. This experience will bring me back again. The service was stellar. The salmon that I got was wonderful it was the New Orleans salmon. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable. We didn't feel rushed... overall a wonderful experience that will bring me back to coming to Red Lobster more often.
First time at this Red Lobster and it had a beautiful bar, nice and clean. David my bartender was absolutely wonderful. I tried several dishes and all of them were fabulous. The biscuits are to die for and it's impossible to just eat one!!! Will definitely come back in for lunch
Visited this particular restaurant yesterday. The food was tasty and the service was also great!
The lobster tails were incredibly small. For the price you pay the shrimp was bigger than the lobster. I was shocked! OH.. and they were all out of salads? the little bit of food we did have was good. Just really disappointed at the portions wasn't worth what we paid. I could have bought bigger lobster at the store and paid way less. It was also my birthday and my husband told the lady when we got there but I didn't even get a free dessert. After spending so much money again not worth it.
We came in super late after buying a car down the road. Even tho it was close to closing time the staff was pleasant and acted like they were happy to see us. The service was awesome and we were well taken care of. Such professionalism was shown to us. Will go back when in that part of town again!
I have never had dinner at Red lobster. I was attracted to the all you can eat shrimp offer on Monday night. I was very impressed. The menu had about eight different options of shrimp. I ate in the bar which surprised me how impressive it was. The bartender was very friendly and service-oriented. I don't believe I waited more than 5 minutes for any order. If you like shrimp, I highly recommend this offer. It goes away in November.
Food was excellent. Orders got mixed up while some took very long to come out. My cocktail was not what I ordered. Servers were efficient and very sweet but overehelmingly gracious. All in all I suppose it was better than a disastrous night out to dinner. To reiterate, food was awesome! Parking: Plenty of spots available
we arrived with no wait to get seated. after that all down hill. My wife and I sat at our table for over 10 minutes without any server coming to help us. i finally waved a server down. she went to get our server who was standing right were i can see him just joking around and talking with the other staff. finally we got our order in. our server Frank H. was slow unresponsive and pretty much rude. when our salad came out the first bite in was a corner of a plastic bag. needless to say i did not finish my salad. our meal came out and the food was good. a little on the cold side. i still left over 20 percent tip. he deserved no tip at all. i have gone to other red lobsters and this by far was the worst experience. the only reason for the second star is for the taste of the food.
If you have a shellfish allergy let them know beforehand. I ordered cheese sticks and fried mushrooms and had a severe allergic reaction because I didn’t know that they cross contaminate the oil used to fry their foods. Everything else was pretty good. Cross contamination needs to be notated on the menus
The waiter was great. The food was pretty much what you can expect at any Red Lobster. Interior is too dark, but the age and wear of the place is really showing. Parking is horrible. Too few handicap parking spots. Parking: Tight parking, cramped. Poorly lit too. Wheelchair accessibility: Good acesss at the front.
