I ordered the endless shrimp with Mediterranean shrimp as one of my first choices.  When my plate came, the shrimp was garlic grilled skewers.  I asked my waitress twice if it was Mediterranean shrimp.  She assured me it was.  I have had the Mediterranean at other Red Lobsters and this was definitely not it-no tomatoes, seasonings or sauce.  I did not make it an issue because I was with a party of 16 and did not want to make a scene after I had asked waitress twice.  I gave 4 stars because the food was good and staff friendly.

HORRIBLE,  HORRIBLE,  HORRIBLE!   We waited about 10 min for a table which was great and hostess was very nice.  So was our waitress.  After being seated it took another 10 min to get drink orders.  
When we finally received our lobster pizza it had a strange piece of fish laying on it.  Needles to say it ruined that item.    My lettuce wraps were served without wrap lettuce.  Just a salad type chopped lettuce.  With an apology.
My second fork full included a piece of cardboard.   Again with an apology.  
The table next to us also sent their food back as did the table in front of us.
Entertainment was included!  A couple had an argument across the restaurant and while the manager was helping cash out customers she received a cash tip. She then stuck it in her bra!  Classic!  
After waiting 30 minutes for our check , we left and seen the manager smoking behind the dumpster.   The restaurant was filled with problems that should have been addressed before a cigarette break happened.  However her sitting in the dumpster area was just another classy move. We tried to call in an order and was placed on hold. We assumed that they were extremely busy. We arrived 9 minutes later. Cashier directed us to the bar. She was just standing when we arrived. 
The bartender took the order. We told him that we were still on hold. He explained that they had just finished a rush period.  I advised him that she never checked back on the phone. 

We watched the manager pass through making her rounds. The cashier had several idle periods during the next 20 minutes. 

The manager picked up the phone at the 29:54 mark. She asked if she could assist me. I advised her that the order had been placed and i was doing a survey on their service response time. 

She explained that they were very busy. I informed her that i had been a restaurant General Manager at several concepts and was simply rating their service. She walked away as i told her what i was doing. 

The busy period had passed before we arrived. 

The food was ready by the time she answered the phone.

I love  SEAFOOD!! Pros and Cons: Dining at Washington Red lobster (vs) 440 Walton way location. Both locations are equal on quality of food taste.  I just hate the wait at the Walton Way location!!! It's gonna be a wait  in general on the weekend regardless; but extra long wait at the Walton Way location.

The carpet SMELLED like a moldy kennel. I asked the hostess what was the smell and she rolled her eyes and walked off! We sat to our table, picked up a menu, frowned at each other and got up to leave. We told the waiter and he said he understood. I called from my car for the manager and I was put on hold for 16 minutes before I had hang up and make other lunch arrangements.
It was very disappointing after driving from North Augusta, SC for the Endless shrimp.
If you have allergies or a sensitive nose, I would avoid Red lobster.
