It takes a LOT to displease me. The total wait time for a takeout order was an hour from placing the call. Including waiting 30 minutes before going to pick it up. TOTALLY unacceptable. Waiter was apologetic. Employees walking around.. plenty of them. Obviously they forgot to prepare it? Never again.

Great sea food and the biscuits..... they are amazing! My family always gets two trays of them! The service is good and has some activities for kids. Has a lot of entertainment and can use a little more space. Average prices and good deals

Went with my parents and had a great lunch. The server was very patient with my parents lol the food was hot and seasoned well. Waited a little long for the food but it was worth it!

Normally go to this restaurant and have a good experience.  Went there tonight and was seated for 20 minutes,  watched about five servers go back and forth without any acknowledgment. Finally decided to leave and was finally spoken to by the hostess,  who wished us a good night on the way out. Customer service refresher training is needed!!

Good service, good drinks, good coconut shrimp...TERRIBLE LOBSTER.  They somehow found a way to burn the lobster.  The body was terribly over cooked and the meat in the claws were spongey and inedible...I would NOT go here.  Not to mention when we cracked the lobster claws water went everywhere because they were not properly drained.
