My wife and I went here for our anniversary and it was awesome. The wait staff was incredible, after dinner they brought us an amazing anniversary card that they made for us. The food was wonderful and freshly made.

Went in for dinner and was shocked when service drop the ball, brought  us the wrong sides and my steak was ordered very well got very rare. So after a try to cook mine more they took wife's back and put in the warmer.  So it came out worse.  She order baked potato got mashed so they had to bring it on the side. They said the asparagus was bad so we got the broccoli, apparently was not any better. The manager did save them a worse review, took the food off the bill plus some gift cards, and the vanilla bean cheese cake is awesome. 

This is not normal for them 

We hope our next visit is better.

Food was delicious and the service was excellent. Had the shrimp scampi with mashed potatoes and Caesar salad on the classic lunch menu, with the cheddar biscuits that come with lunch, we were well fed for a reasonable price.

 I enjoyed this meal with my family. Was surprised not overly crowded for a Holiday. The waiter was nice and polite. Allowed enough time for us to order. Was helpful to substitute side items.

The manager on duty Andra, notice me taking pictures. She asked what I was doing. I said, I'm sharing my review to let people know how my experience was. She was very eager to know of review. 

Even, though this Red Lobster isn't close to me. If I was passing through the area again. I would definitely reconsider eating here again. 
Excellent customer service, clean and friendly hospitality.
