I had a great experience here tonight. Leanne Hoffer, the manager, made all the difference while dining here. We ordered the mussels and noticed that many of them were still closed, therefore couldn’t be eaten. After mentioning it to our waitress, she brought us a new appetizer that she cooked herself. It seems that she really cares about her customers and their dining experience. I will definitely be coming back because of her.

Went to this location on 10/14/17 and noticed something crawling on the wall where my daughter was sitting, and low and behold it was a cockroach! Stay away from this place and the smell that everyone is talking about is in fact correct, you could smell it as soon as you walk in. My husband described it as a "farm smell". The manager told my husband he was "embarrassed" by the roach crawling on the wall! You should be more than just embarrassed! I get food establishments will have rodents etc BUT the customers should NOT have to see it! Completely disgusting to say the least! NEVER again will I step foot in there!

Service good and food was delicious.
However, from the moment walking in the door, could help but notice the tremendous stench of mold and mildew. It was almost sickening, and it was pervasive throughout the entire restaurant; coming from the floors, ceiling tiles, walls, furnishings, and the ventilation system. The smell of the mildew remained in my clothing hours after I had left, and had to wash them in a vinegar bath at home. Very tempted to notify the health department about it. If it were not for the moldy smell, this Red Lobster establishment would have 4 or 5 stars across the board. 
Recommendation for the management - restaurant should be closed for mold and mildew remediation; however long it takes.

You never have to wait long for your food to come out and you all have to get the unlimited shrimp

First time there, I don't know what all these horror stories are of it smelling bad and the portion sizes being to small, no smell at all, food was FANTASTIC, and the portions were huge. Steak was perfect and lobster was amazing and our server was a joy to be around.
