We were at Red Mountain Park for a baby shower.  It was very nice.  There is a lot of play equipment for children.  The place was clean and the grass was cut very well.  I thought the frisbee golf course was neat!  The fishing pond was also very nice, with a walking path around it.

I have been coming to the park with my family and dog since it opened.  My extended family holds family reunions there yearly, so the park is appreciated.  What I do not like about is the scummy lake water, the trash, and dead trees/branches that are never trimmed.  We never see any improvements made.  Recently two large, healthy, mesquite trees were cut down and removed from the extreme east parking lot.  Now there is no shade for our parked truck.  I do not understand--the park workers cut down healthy trees and neglect dead "widowmaker" trees?  It does not make sense.  Where are the park rangers? We never see them.

When you go to fish there you will most likely not get any fish at all. I spent 2 hours there and I didn't even get 1 bite. The park there is really fun. There used to be a tire swing but they took it out, it's still fun though

It is a nice place to have a Birthday Party. And a lot of fun with friends and family. My Grandkids Karen and Cole Happy  8 year's.old Birthday Twins.

Fun park with a lake. Lots of pokestops. Couple fun things for the kids. It is a beast pushing that merry-go-round! Have basketball courts not to ramadas. Volleyball. A lake fishing. Ducks.
