The windows were not wiped down. I asked the attendant "can you wipe off the windshield, and his reply was CAN I?" I said can you! There's water spots all over it. And I always have to ask them to wipe the rear window, without fail.The only tip I have for him yesterday is get another job where you don't have to move.

Everything seemed fine until they knocked a panel off in my truck and left it in the floor. Refused to acknowledge it or own the mistake or even inform me. Manager argued for his workers and eventually put the panel back in while still arguing that it wasn’t his employees fault. I should’ve listened to the general consensus of other reviews with similar issues.

They cleaned the inside ok. The outside looked worse than when I brought it in. Under staffed waited over a hour to get it still dirty on the outside. Had some sticky substance on side of car wasn't there when I brought it in. Kept using dirty towel to dry car. Never again will I use this car wash unless they get new owners who know what the hell they're doing. Here's a clue don't do details if you don't have enough workers to run the line.

Took my car in for complete detail and WOW...was very pleased! They made my eight year-old car look almost new inside & out!!
