A good, solid shopping complex with a variety of stores.  We spent most of out time at Sam's Club which has the typical selection of bulk goods, electronics, gift cards, clothing, tires and so forth.  The cafeteria at Sam's has good, affordable food as well.  Parking was not an issue and the gas station had a decent design.

It’s not a mall. Good selection of stores though. Parking is always good. And lots of places to eat nearby.

Years ago I thought it was over for the this part of San Marcos but they fixed it up so nice I'm so happy Evo entertainment has the spot there it's a great theater where the cafe you can eat in the cafe or you can eat in the theater
