Red River Roofing installed a metal roof for us a couple of years ago.  We had a leak occur and they were out here 3/4 times to try and fix it.  Finally said it was a manufacturer defect.  The rep for the company was to be in  town the last week of October and they would contact us.  Never heard a word from them,  We finally called, ok paper work on bosses desk.  3 weeks later  still no word from them on fixing the leak. Really disappointed with the lack of action on their part.  Going to file a complaint with  better business . Considering more action if there is anything we can do. Would not use them ever again.

In all fairness to Red River Roofing, they did come out and are trying to fix this leak.  They have all been very nice to work with.  However, guess my complaint should be with the metal roof.  After adding $22,000 dollars to what the insurance company paid, we expected the roof to not leak.  Since this is a small leak, we really do not know how long this was going on. On the company's end, we feel like they should have kept us updated sooner. How many other metal roofs leak? It's a problem, at least for us.

We used Red River Roofing over the summer to fix a roof leak. Our simple one-day job drug out over a month and required three different trips to our house. Each time I would call Adam or the office, I was told a different story. No one could actually give me a straight answer about what had/hadn't been done. When the work was finally complete, it was done so poorly that I probably could've done a cleaner job myself. Getting this simple repair done was a huge hassle and the communication with Adam and the office was very poor . I notified the office of my disappointment and received an apology letter with an offer to pay for part of the cost of boarding my dog, which I had to do each time they were out working. They never followed through on their offer to cover part of the cost of boarding and they also blamed the poor communication on an employee issue that they had apparently resolved. 
Fast forward to two weeks ago, during a rain storm we realized the leak is better, but not 100% fixed. I called the office and spoke with Terry, who informed me that she would put in a work order but said that the work would be subject to evaluation and likely additional payment. It's been over two weeks since I spoke to Terry and I have yet to hear back from her. I also find it unacceptable that I would be charged an additional fee to complete a repair that should have been done correctly the first time. 
So - if you want a job done within the agreed upon time frame and a company that will stand behind their work, look elsewhere. If I am going to have to pay a second time to have my leak fixed, I may as well use a company that will do it right the first time and stand behind their work.
**edit: Adam reached out to me 25 minutes after this review was posted. He informed me that my leak is "tricky" and would likely require a water test. When I asked why that wasn't done initially, he admitted that was an oversight on his part and it probably should have been done. Even after admitting that they probably didn't do what they needed to ensure it was done correctly the first time, I was still told that in order to have it fixed, I would have to pay again.

Our roof is beautiful!  This is the 2nd roof Red River Roofing has done for us in Kingfisher, & this roof is as good as the last.  As long as there is hail, we will keep going back to them.  They do great work.

Horrible experience. Aggressive from the start full of a ton of unfulfilled promises.  Unprofessional service and extra costs that should be more black and white.  3 popped tires from left over roofing nails and a price that would of been 50% cheaper with the other guys.  A portion of the roof and the attic vents were not repaired until 4 months after completion of the roofing job. Obviously would not recomend.
