Not bad, not bad.  Service was good. Food was well prepared.  they use brioche buns now, not a fan for such a large juicy burger, but it was tasty.  The restaurant was pretty clean.  Bathrooms were nice and well kept.  The automatic paper towel dispenser, dispensed enough to almost touch the floor! Way to go, Red Robin ! My hands were actually dry.  There was a waitress behind the line helping in the kitchen with a huge flowy hairdo. No hair net, but she had on gloves, sooooooo.....  However, I didn't find any hairs in my food, so they were good.

Love the burger with egg. The medium well burger is delicious. Bottomless sides! Plus, the service was excellent. The manager would ask if you need more fries, salad and water.Food: 4/5

Came over from Canada for some shopping for the day. I'm celiac, so we had some issues finding somewhere to eat last time we we're here. Looked at the red robin menu online, and decided to stop in. Brian, our server kindly explained that pretty much any of the burgers could be done Gluten Free. I decided on the Southern, and just reconfirmed that both the burger and BBQ sauce had no wheat or breadcrumbs in them. He actually LOL'd at me while explaining it was all 100% beef and the sauce too is GF, i laughed while explaining its not super common at restos in my area. I assumed the fryer might be shared so was going to ask for a side salad when he got to it first, and asked if i would like GLUTEN FREE FRIES as my side? I LOL'd this time as i asked, "that's an option?!" well then of course lol! Our burgers got brought out with mine clearly being noted as GF with the burger pick. Honestly, one of the best burgers I've had since going gluten free. Perfectly cooked, topping were great and the GF bun didn't fall apart! Had excellent service from Brian as well. This will absolutely be our go to whenever we are across the border. Thank you!

I've been to Red Robin several times and have had good experiences. Unfortunately, last time was a really bad experience. My husband and I went with another couple during the happy hour specials on a Friday. The restaurant was not busy, but we got  sub par service. Our waiter only came by once after bringing our food. So having a bottomless side was meaningless. We were already done with our food before he asked us if we wanted more fries. The waiter never came back to the table after clearing our plates so we started looking at the tablet on the table and we were shocked at the price. The waiter then rushed over to tell us that he made a mistake on the bill and he would fix it. I still think there was a mistake, but we ended up paying because we just wanted to get out of there. We ordered 5 happy hour special drinks, 2 apps, a side, and 2 burgers. Plus I had a free app reward from my Red Robin account. And the bill still came to $87 pre tip. This was extremely expensive to me considering we didn't all order a meal!

Visited from Canada! Our first time here and I think the manager? came to welcome us and even gave us a thank you card, really nice. Food was great! The portions are larger than what we're used to so we couldn't finish it but the kids devoured their burgers. I knocked off one star as we weren't expecting the tablet on the table we already have trouble with limiting screens with our kids but I guess it helps for others. Other than that, I will definitely consider going back, there's a lot to explore on the menu for sure! Thank you!

I like the place. The burger was very good. I had the scorpion burger. It was not spicy as I expected from the description. Taste was fine, but it was a bit messy to go through. My only complaint is that it was too salty. The bottomless fries  were great but were also too salty. I was shaking the dressing of them. We also had the towering onion rings. I liked the dipping sauces. The onions were also fresh and crisp but too oily!  Parking: It was somehow busy in the parking the day we visited, but it was during the holidays.  Kid-friendliness: They have a kids' menu with good options.

The burgers were actually cooked medium-rare how i asked for it Fries were fresh and seasoned right. Staff was attentitive and very nice. The atmosphere was loud and busy and kind of off-putting where we were seated but it was the weekend and dinner time so its expected but overall it was great!Food: 5/5

The shakes and fried pickles were outstanding! I haven't found a place that makes better! The Burgers however regular and turkey  are bland need some sort of seasoning in the meat. Service was extremely slow from start to finish and the table was never wiped down to start with. I had to go to the bar to get my own refills because our waiter took over 30 minutes to check on us. The cups for drinks are very small and packed with ice, so they go quickly. The seats are so close to other tables, people kept bumping into me including staff when they walked by and I was in the middle of the row. All in all, has potential, needs work, will try again to see if it was just an off night or not!

Went here with my boyfriend for a quick bite, they were packed but we got in immediately, service was absolutely amazing we ordered an appetizer that was out instantaneously and because we’ve never been there before the manager brought out some fries for us with amazing sauce, our server was absolutely incredible and very efficient! The food was delicious! For a very busy night I was incredibly surprised with how amazing the staff and environment was!
