Finally tried Red Robin after wanting to for ages. Great burger joint vibe, with a bar on the right. Opted for the Whiskey and Mad Love burgers with bottomless sides—broccoli and garlic fries. Burgers were bursting with flavor, juicy, and those garlic fries? Amazing crunch! Briana, our server, was so kind and attentive. Explained everything since it was my first time. Three rounds of garlic fries sealed the deal. Left feeling happily full. 5 stars!

Absolutely astonishing! Props to Leo and Amaya for figuring out a table for my family in the midst of so many people… lol! I greatly appreciate Troy, I think his name was, for recommending what are the tastiest options on the menu. My royal Red Robin burger came out super delicious! My kids really loved their chicken tenders and milkshakes which I was happy to see! Something else I greatly appreciate is Troy refilling our drinks without asking! Will surely be visiting again some time soon… THANK YOU!! -Frida

We've been going to Red Robin for decades, it has always been a good place to eat. This visit was one star off. We arrived and no one was at the front. A kitchen worker brought out food to a waiting Dasher and another person waiting for pick up said he had been there for ten minutes. Not a great sign for a GrubHub driver to be waiting that long without being acknowledged by the host staff.  Mind you, this was a Thursday night, after the rush hour had calmed, the place wasn't packed. When the host finally came out, my husband held up two fingers, she grabbed the menus and walked away, we followed. She wandered towards the kitchen and around a corner, to a spot right outside the kitchen door. This table was between the bar and the restaurant. Let's call it "overflow" seating, or the worst seats in the house. The table and bench seat were unclean and sticky, the table wobbled so bad that my husband put the front of his shoe under the leg to his it steady. The self pay kiosk was stuck to the table. It was comically awful.  The host barely looked at us, just put the menus on the table and walked away.  I'm giving service 5 stars, but not for her. We barely dealt with her and the rest of the staff was awesome. The bartender took care of our order, she was attentive and on top of keeping water topped up and knowing when we needed her to come around.  The food came out hot and exactly like you'd expect from Red Robin. It's less fresh tasting than it used to be, which seems to be true of too many chains. The steak fries are always delicious, these were great as always.  Conclusion: The host has one job, this one failed on all fronts. Red Robin has always been our family's go to for burgers and shakes. It would be nice to see it refreshed and fresh food would go a long way towards that goal.

We got seated, and this "girl" Stephanie waiter didn't took our order at all and got other people before us, I was wondering why? Cause we were Mexicans? She looked at us she saw us and did not even ask for drinks, until Rodrigo came by our Table and took our order and gave us GREAT service, still can't believe there's IGNORANT people like her

The food is always consistently delicious! The service is not consistent sometimes it’s excellent and sometimes I wish i chose another restaurant. Often I find that the ketchup bottle is sticky or slimy and its really disgusting. It’s usually really cold I have to be prepared to take a good jacket with me. There is always a child screaming which is unfortunate. I keep coming back because the food is just that good.

Beautiful and magnificent energy given by the hosts as soon as I walked in the restaurant with my kids yesterday! As well as my server, Andy, I think his name was, whom gave remarkable service! He was asking if my food was okay and yes it definitely great! Will advertise this restaurant to my friends so we can dine in soon to show them the fun I had when I came with my children!

Really nice place. They have a bar area but the rest of the restaurant is very kid friendly. I especially loved the pop style art on the walls. Looking at the art kept my 5yr old entertained while we waited for the food. The food came pretty quickly and was tasty for the price point. They have several TVs with sports games on.  Vegetarian options: They have veggie burger and impossible burger patties that they will substitute in any burger option.  Kid-friendliness: They have little screen on the table that kids can play some games on for a fee.

After so many years and finally had a chance to dine in at Red Robin. Great food and excellent service by our waiter Andy. Always attentive and super friendly! Thank you Andy! God bless you always. Highly recommend Red Robin….Food: 5/5

Red Robin used to be so much better. They moved their location in the mall & everything has gone downhill.  Very disappointing. They used to have great burgers but this is the 2nd time we've gone when it's been very average. The food isn't Bad; it just isn't good. Fries are always cold, order gets messed up, takes forever. There is always one good person on the waitstaff & the rest are like it's their first day. Poor customer service.  Not sure how long they'll stay in business.  It's a shame.  Parking: Large parking lot at mall.

Did a quick stop at Red Robin with my daughter.  It was not overcrowded we asked to be sit outdoors. The staff was polite.  Our server was Rodrigo he was very attentive and friendly.  Provide me with a refill on my drink without me having to wait or ask.  Parking: There is enough parking.  Kid-friendliness: They have great menu  selection for kids.  Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchairs/strollers
