Well everything here was ok and I'll give them 4 stars because regardless of how everything turned out giving them anything less would really be me being mean because they most certainly tried their hardest but. The family to the right of us made the meal very unpleasant and certain in a rush servers were giving us orders we didn't ask for or messing up with our orders altogether but our main server. Young lady with freckles. She did her thang. And she made sure everything was as it needed to be for us and their cod fish needs tons of improving other than that everything else was great. Hope you enjoy the photos. I thumbs up everything that was great and down to everything that wasn't.
You can never go wrong at Red Robin. Their gourmet burgers and fries are incredible. Server was quite good, and very attentive to our needs. There are so many good burger places out there, but you still can't beat Red Robin. Now serving healthier choice items too. Soups, meatless burger options.
19 Aug '22 Well their back to OK food and service. My second order of bottomless fries came to me just as we were getting ready to leave!!! tired of waiting Not only that the order wasn't even a real order! 31 Jul '21, Yes I came back even though the last time I was here it was pitiful. With that in mind.... The food was great and the service was fantastic!! Someone has been working on improving this restaurant and it shows. I'm glad I came back.
They have the best wings I've ever had, everything was fantastic and our server Jamie was the absolute best! 2 thumbs up for me! Ask for Jamie if you come here! She was what every server should be, she was attentive, bubbly and fun!
It was pretty good and the girl serving me was pleasant, but it took them a while to get to serve me and I came in pretty late after signing CDs and meeting with my fans in the Rochester area. Then it was time to close and I still needed a few minutes to get my dinner ready to go. One of the staff guys was looking at me from a distance as if I'm staying too late. That was very rude since they took too long to serve me and it wasn't crowded at all, not to mention that a world famous violinist just stopped at your location. Overall it was good thought.
Service was good. Food was NOT. Steak fries were the little pieces left in the bottom of the bin. The burger must have been precooked as it came out 5 minutes after ordering. All of the food was barely warm. I've eaten here many times over the years, but today was my last time. They may have saved a few minutes by precooking, and saved 50¢ by serving the dregs from the fry bin, but they lost a customer. Also, I hate using the table-top kiosks to pay. The servers pleasant personality is the only reason the rating is not a 1/5. The above Comments were from 3 months ago. Original rating was 2/5. For Christmas I got a gift card, so my son and I went back today. January 9th, 2023. Our server was Abby. She was GREAT. Perhaps the best server I have ever had anywhere. She was polite, attentive, fun and "bubbly". Today the food was great! Well prepared and hot. Both the food and service deserve more than a 5/5. I still don't like the Kiosk on the table. It would not accept the gift card, but Abby took care of everything and invited us back to see her anytime. It was a very pleasant experience. They've won us back!
They have bottomless fries caw caw!!!!! People were very nice and the milkshake was yummy caw caw. Burger was cold honestly it's 2020. Nobody cares about working caw caw. Enjoy the ride and look at cute goth girls caw caw.
My wife and I went to Red Robin tonight and had an excellent meal. She had the veggie burger and I had the Smoky black pepper burger. It was the best. Burger I've had there. So flavorful. Perfectly cooked a little pink as I asked. And those thick fries are so good. Definitely recommend Red Robin. Went at about 630 and only waited 10 minutes. I had their own beer , a lager and she got a Sangria. Delicious. The appetizer was garlic pretzels, so good.
Sub par quality. Southern charm burger was way too salty and not as described. Couldn't get much right fries were good. That's about it.
Good place for a variety of appetizers, burgers and chicken sandwiches. Over twenty burgers and sandwiches to pick from, and of the many I've tried, they're all delicious. Salads are very good except the options are limited to two or three options. They have a good selection of kid's meals with kid-friendly healthy options and sides.
