Great place with very friendly staff. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. Food and drink quality is solid, orders get out Red Robin fast, and menu keeps changing for new and fun options however the expensive $12-15 burger options are rarely worth the 20% premium over the others. I'd recommend only the Mad Love Burger out of the premium options - super tasty and definitely earns it's award winnings. The house burger menu has great options for $7-11. The favorites are Prime Chophouse, Blue Ribbon, Whiskey River, and Guacamole. This location gets very busy on weekends, have waited nearly 45 minutes at times - that's the star off because they do not take reservations last I tried, so plan accordingly.

GREAT FOOD! We love Red Robin. The service was a lot slow this last time we went. It appeared as though they were understaffed for lunch. Usually faster service. Our server was super friendly but it looked like she was overwhelmed. The Taco Burger was AWESOME. My wife and I both got it and loved it with the bottomless sweet potato fries.

Great food but a small serving of fries. I've been there 2x and feel like a $15 hamburger is a bit pricey. Wished they served a few more sides? The bottomless fries concept? My daughter said we're supposed to get refills. Have never been offered. You've lost a customer here in East Peoria Illinois

The food is good. Unlimited option for many sides. Service is good and fast. We went in at 3pm and the floors were disgusting. Maybe they had a huge lunch rush but the floors should have been cleaner.

The burger was great, and they got all of our special requests correct. They even let us change the channel to the one of our choosing, on two different TVs. Also they happily gave us a ton of the bottomless fries. I'll definitely return
