Everything was o.k. at first. It was busy at first when we got there. I had ordered a burger well done and my girlfriend ordered hers medium. We waited awhile since I know well done takes time. By now the place had cleared out and there were numerous empty tables all around. Well we got the burgers and they were charcoal..both of them. I don't mind because then I knew It was definitely well done. My girlfriend,however, was not pleased. We had to wait for a long time to flag someone down and they said they would re cook her a burger. They took her food and offered fries. We waited. Finally a new burger was brought. It was fine but now my girlfriend had gotten full on fries. She ate half and waited for the server so she could ask for a box. It took forever and then I flagged down someone else to get our server. He came by and said yes he would get us the box. We waited another 10 plus minutes and nothing. My girlfriend said just forget it we are never going to this Bothell Red Robin again. We had to abandon the left overs and pay and leave. The service was horrendously slow and we felt completely ignored. The manager had swung by before we got the new burgers and said he'd be back to check on us too. We never saw him again. I really love Red Robin but I was thoroughly disappointed with this service.

Not a typical visit for me at Red Robin. Server was slammed. Which is probably why we waited 25 minutes to get a table even though there was seating open. Other problems happened too. But, the food was great. I gave it three stars because of my other experiences at different Red Robin locations make me think that the problems we experienced could get turned around with very little effort.

Staff was nice but clearly disorganized on who was going to handle what. Fries were cold, onion rings were overcooked, my sons' Guacamole Burgers had little to no guacamole on them, restaurant was so cold that most patrons were wearing outside jackets and hats. Have had much better experiences at other Red Robins. This is the second time I wasn't impressed by this location, will not be going back to Thrashers Corner.

In my opinion, Red Robin, in their attempt to be a little fancier and live up to their "gourmet burgers" tagline, they've missed the boat here and there, and it's not really a place we frequent as much as we used to. However, this location was pretty great. The food was fantastic, and the wait staff was focused on doing what it takes to make our visit a great one. If I lived close, I would probably visit RR more often!

Depending on where you go the food and service highly vary. The restaurant in Lynnwood is wonderful. Food. Service and all.
