I'm assuming the service is great being that all rooms were booked solid. Prices were pretty steep. It was located in area that i wasn't fond of. I feel like maybe it was an accident waiting to happen. The guy at the desk though was very polite and helpful.

Door lock broke. Sink cracked, toilet leaking, and all rooms booked! No accommodations. Late check-in, other rooms reserved available, but was not offered since we were there! Not authorized to give me another reserved room. Said they paid. I paid too and I'm here and it's 11pm. Guess those rooms were for the hourly clients. Had to find another hotel after driving near 700 miles from NC. Won't ever recommend this place.

Quite possibly one of the worst places and organizations I've ever seen in my life. I think I would of been better off staying at an ISIS camp. Dirtiest rooms I've ever seen. Was honestly scared to take my shoes off. GLOBS of hair all throughout the room! Felt VERY UNSAFE! I HIGHLY recommend if you are staying here bring a gun if you are legally allowed to carry and a few bottles of Lysol to disenfect the room and some bug killer. Also make yourself an appointment for the following day at the clinic to get some shots to ward off whatever you catch from staying in this hell hole. Worst thing I have ever seen. They should be ASHAMED to be in business. SAVE YOUR MONEY! I'd say if you stay here you honestly have about an 80 percent chance of either being shot, robbed, or picking up some type of horrifying disease. Horrible!

We stayed here during Hurricane Irma. The room was not ready on Saturday at 3 pm when it was time to check in. When we finally were able to check in around 4:00pm the rooms were not completely ready. One room was missing towels and the coffee as it was a King Deluxe room and the floors had Not been swept and there was a drawer broken that when I reported it the manager said it had not been reported by the house keeping so I am glad I did or I would have been charged. Our second room was also a King Deluxe and it was not swept and missing towels too. I understand they were busy from the storm and guest checking out and in Friday night but towels are necessary for rooms and when I asked I was given a slight attitude from the housekeepers as they were "off" when I went to the office to request them. Sunday was a different story the house keeping was a lot nicer when I asked her for hand soap when I saw her in the hall as they did not come to the rooms. We are here until Tuesday morning and hope things will not get worse. The plus side was the GM was very friendly.

This was the most disgusting place i have ever stayed in. The room was absolutely dirty to the point of feeling like i needed to constantly wanted to shower but even the shower was disgusting. Their were cigarette burns in BOTH sheets on each bed. Their was no wire to connect the telephone. Also only two towels for me, my husband, and my two children. When i asked for more their response was "we dont have any linens". The hall ways smelled of urine and cigarettes. Their was dirt in every corner of the hotel room. Worst experience of a hotel. I evacuated hurricane irma to stay in this hell hole. I have never appreciated a clean hotel with clean towels in my life. Not to mention the staff looked miserable.
