All Red Roof Inns are great but this ➕ location is the best! The greatest staff: knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, made our stay here worth it! Rooms are immaculate and modern, equipped with everything you could possibly ever need! Beds are super comfy and clean! This Red Roof Plus is located on a hill so you get a nice view and are surrounded by trees,,feels nice and secluded while still being close to the action! We will be coming back!

Good for the price. Little stale from one smoking months ago. Fine once you turn on the air. Little mold on the shower curtain. Otherwise fine. Bring your own hairdryer and hand cream.

Nice hotel if you want just somewhere to stay. I was going to conference so it suited the purpose. I definitely wouldn't tell anyone I was staying here. But maybe I am to conscience of my image.

There is a strong odor of bleach in the room. What is it hiding? The room is a little shabby and the maid's dusting cloth missed a couple places. In the morning my feet were sticking to the bathroom floor. I got a wet wash cloth and wiped it across the my soles ... it was black with dirt. The carpeting? All the flooring? Something was filthy in that room.

DO NOT STAY HERE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR AN EXTRA NIGHT WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT! I would have enjoyed my stay in Atlanta had I never come to this hotel. It was a pleasant experience at first, I'm not biased so I'll admit my stay went well until I was robbed by the hotel. I woke up the next day after checking out & checking into another hotel to notice that my money was unethically removed from my account without my authorization to charge me for a stay after I had already paid for my stay. What's even funnier is I called in the day of my stay stating that I would be late and the front desk STILL listed me as a no-show & charged me another stay. Then they basically told me it's nothing they can do but process my refund the front desk manager Bernard refused to speak to me. General manager sent me an automated email and never followed up with me. It's almost a week later and I'm still waiting on a refund. Safe yourself the loss of funds, this hotel SUCKS!!! Horrible training& professionalism. Worse experience ever. They don't even care to comp your stay after screwing you in the rear with no lube! Wish I could give ZERO STARS.
