Dirty, two guys hanging out in lobby was a little intimidating. Couldn't get in lobby at 5 am for coffee. All, I mean all exterior lights went out at 530 am. Had to load up car in pitch dark. Even stairwell lights out. Kind of dangerous. 3 semi trucks idled on their generators all night in parking lot. Very noisy. The room was okay

So as a part time driver for dominoes I get to see a lot of hotels and rooms for rent. This red roof was actually really decent. If I ever had a question the staff were always nice and pointed me to the right direction. Rooms clean. No debris or trash in parking lot.

Liked it. The beds are soft but do not use top cover cause it they very seldom get washed. If your in building furthest from office and on top floor like i was then you have to go down stairs to another building for ice. The air in room never gets hot. But overall the front desk clerk was nice. She let me have room at a cheeper price cause i was running low on money. So yes i would stay again.

Got the last available room for the night before the eclipse. When we arrived the room smelled musty and it looked like the ceiling had smoke damage and thought nothing of it. We left for the day to come back and find BLACK MOLD everywhere. In the AC, under the fridge, next to and on the bed growing inside the comforter, on the bathroom wall and all over the ceiling. We went to the front desk to see if there were possibly any rooms available or to get a refund. The lady at the front desk said there were no rooms left and that we had to wait until morning to get a refund because she couldn't do it. We then had to sleep in our car that night. Come morning we were there at 8 AM to settle the issue. The lady from the previous night was not there and the other workers were very understanding and have an immediate refund. They were also pretty angry because as it turned out THERE WERE FOUR ROOMS AVAILABLE WE COULD HAVE BEEN PUT IN.

Excellent experience! The clerk (Sherry) has an awesome attitude. Very helpful and genuinely caring.
