Excellent restaurant inside Hyatt Regency hotel. Bartenders were helpful with food and drink suggestions. A nice place to relax at the end of the night.Food: 4/5
Good atmosphere, decent service, food took a while to come out. Food was not that good. Asked for medium cooked burger and it was moo'ing at me. Corn is probably frozen and then placed on grill. You can taste the soggyness in it. Everything seemed overly salty.Food: 1/5
I can honestly say that I wasn't expecting as nice of an experience as we had! Hubby and I just strolled in for lunch, but now we may have found our new favorite lunch spot! I had ordered the wagyu burger, and the hubs got fish and chips, and we had to sample both because the dishes were DELISH! Not only that, but the servers were delightful, and very polite for our dining experience. The atmosphere is calming, and the prices were just right. I only wish I could have had room for dessert!
The service was extremely slow, and we were one of 3 tables our server had. Our server was talking to someone on the phone via earpiece the whole time we were there. We waited 30 minutes for her to turn around from rolling silverware to bring us our bill. The wings and fish n chips were okay, nothing to write home about. The fish n chips come with a spicy sauce, and they do not have any tartar sauce.
Nice stop for a quick evening drink, snack, or meal. I had dessert and my friend had the fish and chips. Dessert was a delicious mix of fresh brewed espresso and a rich creamy ice cream. My friend raved about the fish and chips and how delicious the fish was battered and fried. Wheelchair accessibility: Cars can pull up to the front curb and wheelchairs can come right in the automatic door. The restaurant is on the same level so there are no stairs.
The service here was dampened by the hostess. Terrible attitude and simply unkept. Colleen was dismissive and rude. Our server was amazing but everything else, down to the Management subpar.Food: 4/5
The food was absolutely phenomenal. The chef Eric came out to make sure all was wonderful and every single dish we had was indeed wonderful. I will 100% come back to have this food yet again.Food: 5/5
A group of us were in Cincinnati for a training this past weekend and dined at the Res Roost Tavern for dinner and breakfast. I ordered the tavern burger, fries, and the spiked pink lemonade and all were really delicious. Others ordered the chicken strips or wings. When we went for breakfast two days later, it was buffet style. I was so happy to have eggs, American fries, bacon, pancakes, fresh fruit, orange juice, and some hot tea that day for breakfast! Plus, there was so much more to choose from.
I was one of the best breakfast today I want to say a special thanks to KIMBERLY r service, CAPRICE r waiter and AVAGAY MOSSIS r busser. These 3 lady's show they best services I could ask for. As I showed up 10 mins before they was ready to shut down they put a smile on they faces and helped me with out not one rude remark. 5stars thank u guys again for making my morning o and yes the food was good tasty and hot!!! A nice lil breakfast bar
We were visiting Thunder Bay for a little amethyst hunting and stopped in to the Red Roost for dinner. It looked appealing on the exterior, and the interior environment was pleasant. The variety on the menu was nice - a lot of great options! Including some vegan choices. However, the food was very lackluster - in fact, downright disappointing. The fish taco I had was mostly greasy breading - not much fish. My boys had a burger and the philly - they both didn't really care for their meals and didn't finish them unusual for teenage boys after a hard day of rock hounding!. I was looking forward to a good meal, but the Red Roost didn't deliver. Service was nice though - very friendly!
