One of the Most piss poor public transits I have ever delt with. Wish we could get together and boycot the rrta. They have no real complaint system. Ride at ur own risk. Busses might come and then again don't count on it, don't expect them to stop for u at a scheduled bus stop. Complaints are listened to, with no results. They do like the police. They do what they want

Only because I had to give a star in order to give a review. The drivers are not the problem they are run by easten coach. We have had Many wonderful drivers! The problem is red rose and they high and mighty operators, they are rude and have no idea what people have to go through in order to get ready for the day and they sure don't understand what someone goes through and feels like that is on dialysis. One time they want you to ride for two hours past your pick up time and other times they arrive 30 mins before your time and then can't wait till the pick up time for the person to get ready when they were unaware of the pick up time to start. Then to pick up the phone and still be talking to the other person in the room and not answer you and then to give attitude and say no show, umm wrong. And get it will be awhile, wrong her appointment is at 11a.m. someone better be here before then! You guys are unprofessional and I pray someone comes in and does an overhaul on your company and shows you the meaning of being nice and worthy of the customers you Have! We are human beings not just your job!!!!!!

No attention to detail. Drivers are dirty and not in uniform. Bus schedule is not sustainable and not the drivers fault but they are tired and stressed out and this causes unsafe driving conditions. I am sure management is part of the problem if its not fixed there will be someone that could get hurt by unsafe and unchecked conditions and standards. Any grants, loans, subsides or tax breaks should be investigated the public is getting fleeced by sub standard service. Someone please help!

Im only giving one star cause this is the only way i can review.... Ever since the bus station closed (which is a waste of tax payers money) im not mad at the drivers but they need to stay on there schedules.... This is outrageous. And now i had to get off the bus cause they were running late...

Takes forever to answer all the time, and when they do answer, 90% of the time they're unhelpful or confrontational. They constantly get addresses wrong, and blame YOU. Also, they cancelled my mother's appointment by calling the place she was going and saying the insurance wasn't going to cover it. (The insurance was the one to tell us to go there!) There are a lot of drivers who are new, and lots of people who smoke. They'll pick you up, then step out for a cigarette. Seriously. Look for an alternative to this joke of a place.
