The staff was perfect. I hosted a Bridal Shower on a Saturday evening and we basically had the restaurant to ourselves.  The next might the men were able to watch football there. It is smaller than what it  appears in the pics, but that is every Miami hotel I am sure. Food is okay.  You get one free drink a night before 7pm. The complimentary breakfast is good as well.

We went on a cruise and had 4 rooms booked for our return stay. Upon arriving at the the hotel we found out that one of our rooms had been double booked. Instead of refunding all rooms they only offered to refund one. There are 14 of us that now have to shuffle around causing an inconvenience to us with no other offer to accommodate this. I do not recommend this hotel, on top of that 2 drinks cost $32 And we're not even to par with a bar up the street for a quarter of the price. Also, there is a foul odor in the the rooms.

Fine but could be better. people need to be little more courteous. people always have frown on their face. location is very good.  temperature controller was not working. worth to stay if you are getting a good deal.

The hotel is nice. Not as spacious as I hoped but very accomidating. Service is also great. Decent view of the beach and distance. Rooms are very clean. Third party booking sites don't entitle you to free breakfast.

The hotel was all that we expected. It was really close to the Beach. It was nice and it catered to our every need. The front desk was very helpful. I would recommend family and friends to stay here
