They used to do a good job. But now, not so great. It's not ready when they say it'll be ready. After the guy ironed the pants (I waited with a screaming baby), the woman immediately rested them on the counter so that they would wrinkle right away. I had to explain to her how especially when they're hot you don't want to crumple them. They don't get stains out. Their prices aren't that great. I won't be going back.

This place does a fabulous job at an amazing price. The cleaning and pressing is as good or better than I have received elsewhere at twice the price AND they are fast. Its done in 24 hours or less and there is no rush charge for that kind of service. This store is owned and operated by a local couple and I like the idea of supporting home town operated businesses. They are continually improving the look and image of the store. I highly recommend - BTW - I do not know the owners personally, do not work there and have no ties to other organizations. If there are any negative reviews out there - my guess is that they originated with the competition that has to be shaking in their boots over the great pricing and service of Red Tag!

I brought a down comforter to this dry cleaner on a Saturday morning - they told me that it would be done Monday at 3pm. I arrived at 6pm Monday and they had just started it. They said to come back the next day. I arrived the next day to pick it up and brought it home. I opened the bag that evening and it was SOAKING wet and ruined. All the feathers were bunched together and it smelled moldy and dirty. When I called for them to fix it they refused, saying they have never had a bad experience. This is a dingy place and I will NEVER use it again even though I live right down the street. I now paid $35 for a ruined comforter and also will need to buy a new one. Horrible service - horrible cleaning.

I agree about the place being dirty and dingy.  There is ABSOLUTELY no customer service in this place!  No more for me!
