I ordered the beef brisket sandwich with Cole slaw. Excellent choice. The meat was not only extremely flavorful, but so tender. I didn't care for the macaroni and cheese. It was bland.
I also ordered the smoked Buffalo chicken wings. They were also good, but got one that was under cooked.
I will definitely be going back. Keep up the good work Red, White, and Que

The food was very good here, especially the fried pickles which they make from scratch, making their own pickles. The pulled pork, and sausages were all good. They ran out of chicken and ribs, so I will be going back to try those out soon. Good quantity of food for the money. A must try if you are in the area.

Everything I have ordered and tasted is great. Chicken, brisket, pudding, the sauces, sandwiches etc. The atmosphere is cabin like, welcoming, kinda b small but accommodating to over a dozen people. The people are very nice, sincere and helpful. Highly recommended.

Everything is good. Ask and you should receive. Great customer service. Simple but perfect menu. Recommend.

I think this is some of the best barbecue in the area, and I eat a lot of barbecue! They have some interesting kinds of sausages, but the staples: pulled pork, chicken, and ribs, were phenomenal. There's almost no seating, so prepare for take out!
