Incredible service by Shawn (kid with the beard). If you need an honest outlook on their selection, make sure you talk to him. He isn't going to sugarcoat anything and will make sure you get what you want, no bs. No attitude or lack of knowledge unlike another employee. But when he didn't know something, he would say so and not make something up for a sale. In the future I will be calling ahead to make sure he is working before I come in! 

As far as the boots, my American made boots have lasted longer than the Chinese ones but both have been good. My Chinese ones were a bit more comfortable, but the American ones are holding up better.

wish i could half star.
i ONLY wear redwings but this store is the worst.
i had bought a pair with cash and $100 gift card. i later returned them because just wasn't working for me.
when i wanted my refund they wouldnt refund my $100 and just shrugged their shoulders. i was so pissed i told them gimme my money and essentially left $100 poorer and no new boots.

I gotta say i do like my boots but the store employe was not to helpful at all kinda rude at best i wanted a different pair of boots but  the person helping me made me feel like it was en inconvenience to her i wouldn't shop at that location again.   However the boots are very comfortable
