Very Pathetic Store
Received a pair of boots for Christmas from my mom. The exact model I have worn for years. Only when she looked in my old pair the size tag was  unreadable. She mistakenly got the wrong size. I went back to this store where she purchased them and they would not exchange them nor give the money back. Said they were purchased on clearance and all sales were final. Complete B>S. They never stated that when my mom went looking for them. Suddenly the exact boot I've worn for years is a clearance model. Again B>S.  DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE. ITS ALL ABOUT THE SALE NOT THE CUSTOMER.

Went in to look at a pair of Redwing Heritage Chukkas, found out they were in stock and bought a pair. I think it was the manager, young lady, awesome person. Super friendly and helpful, will do business with this Redwing store again.

The manager was awesome and extremely helpful, she really knows the meaning of customer service. I already loved Redwing before I moved here, but the service at this store reinforced it!
