Bought a pair last week,  found employee to be very knowledgeable and helpful,  he even suggested a pair on sale we overlooked which we ended up buying and very happy with them and was a great buy.  Employee knew his stock and when asked something he wasn't sure of, he knew how to problem solve our questions.   Will be back.

Love Red Wing boots. I've owned several pairs already and I'll continue to buy more. Especially love the staff and how knowledgeable they are about their craft. Will keep coming back to this store specifically.

Friendly employees who are willing to help you with any questions you have. I went in to try on boots to size myself to order online, and they were more than accommodating even though I wasn’t going to buy boots with them.

Lots of men's boot choices. Not really many for women. Can receive a union discount too. Lifetime warranty above the sole of the boot. Awesome

Wanted to buy some boots ... walked in with disappointment ... the customer service at this store is really bad ... don't waste your time  go to boot barn or another store for a better shopping experience
