Had really good attitudes even though I brought my shoes back because they didn't seem to fit

The staff are excellent. They even waited after closing for me to get there and didn't make me feel rushed making my selection nor did I feel like I was putting them out. They were very courteous friendly and professional.

I go into the store and ask for steel toe lineman boots. I don't know what I am looking at and just take the word of the ladies that work there and I walk out the door with soft toe lineman work boots. I start my class to become a lineman and realize the mistake and I call them and they tell me that they wouldn't make that mistake and it's too late to exchange them.

I walked into the store and an older gentleman help me and within just a few minutes he brought out my boots that fit perfect! Kind, professional and quick. These people have been around a long time Ann's they understand customer service! Excellent!
