The owner, I am guessing, was so polite and entertaining.  He explained the warranty on the Product and joked about the state of the boots my husnand was wearing.  Really bad but the salesman or owner had a great sense of humor.  We are their advocates.  These work boots are amazing.  My husband has had them for 5 years.  Great product!

I've been wearing Red Wing Boots for over 35 years and will not wear anything else. Cool in the summer, warm in the winter. And my feet are always dry!
They're well worth the money as they're the most comfortable and durable boot you can purchase. They always last me well over 5 years!

My husband buys his work boots from them. For at least the past 12 years and loves them. Customer service is outstanding. All boots come with a warranty. The last pair he bought had an issue after 6 months and they gave him a brand new pair for no charge. Nice!!!
