The sales peoples were Friendly and very Helpful, the Quality of there shoes and boots are great , I went to ( The Good Feet Store ) in  Torrance spend $475.00 that , I would never get back( I spend $325.00 on arch support and maintainer. only to fine out did not work for my foot, I spend $150.00 on shoes, only to fine out was not slip Resistant, went to reds wings spend $60.00 for good Quality arch support and $150.00 for a good pair of slip Resistant shoes. ( The Good Feet Stores ) will not refund your money back, onces you walk out that store, I will never go back to there stores, bad Customer Service trying to get your money back. Good lucky on that.

I bought my 595 Chukka's in July of 2014 and really, really liked them as they started to break in. I have worn them daily at work (warehouse and retail store) since, and loved them...until about 4 months ago. This summer, I began to notice the toe starting to wear thin, and a hole began to form on both toes. These shoes were never abused, just worn daily in a store where I did a lot of standing and walking around. 

I went in a few weeks ago because they were due for a new sole, something I had expected, and asked what they could do about the toe since these boots were over $200 and have a "lifetime warranty". They basically told me I could purchase "Tough Toes" for an additional $30. Now, for lifetime warranty boots which I paid that much money for, I would have expected them to cover that kind of cost since that is not really something that is supposed to wear out. Additionally, the re-sole was $100, which I found absurdly high.

Two weeks after dropping the boots off for repair, I received a call that they were ready for pick-up. Drove to the other side of town only to arrive and see the tough toes had not been done, so I had to come back the next day to pick them up. It was a little inconvenient, but the repair work and tough toes turned out well, and I am overall satisfied with the work, but not with the cost and lack of warranty on the toe.

This review is not necessarily for the store itself (they are very nice and helpful), but more for the company in general and their definition of "lifetime warranty". I have liked my Chukka's, but I REALLY would have liked them to last longer without need for repair. I think in the future, I will try another brand and see how long they last without need for repair.
