The staff here is excellent, they replaced my shoes under warranty when they ripped within a year.

**NOTE: This store recently moved, and while their address is correct in Google Maps, for some reason Google Navigation will lead you to their old storefront in Manchester where there is absolutely no indication that there was ever a Red Wing there or that they moved. Navigate to Whole Foods instead and it will lead you to the correct plaza.

absolutely satisfied with my visit, and purchase experience. I kinda felt like i was overstepping, when the clerk offered to size my feet and brought out a few different options.. OH WAIT that's how a shoe store should work. It is so refreshing to see a large company take the time for the customers satisfaction, and positive buying experience. THANK YOU REDWING..

Very knowledgeable staff. Dave was great and sized me perfectly! Expensive. Don't go in there looking to save money but it's worth it.
