Red Wing Shoes provides excellent service after the sale.  I bring my Red Wing Boots in every year and they inspect them, install new laces and install new Boot Cream or Boot Oil.  I have had the boots for almost 10 years and they look like the day I purchased them. Brian took care of me and did an excellent job.

Would not buy work Boots anywhere else  first of all they’re the most comfortable work boots  I have ever worn  second  their customer service Is fantastic  after months of hard use  Stopped by to get new shoestrings sellsmen inspected the boots  And  found a small section of the stitching coming apart  immediately they replaced  $200  boots  free of charge under warranty I did not know businesses like this still existed

Would say worse service, but I didn’t get any. My husband and I walked in and neither of us got greeted. Nothing but the feel of being unwanted. For such a great brand that’s a horrible store.
