I rented from Redblock Realty on Wiota Street in West Philly for the past year. Specifically, I rented via realtor Ilya Rabovetsky. I was quite pleased not only with the apartment, but with Ilya himself, who was very responsive. Whenever we had an issue, he was generally prompt and accommodating. 

Importantly, the building was clean. We never had an issue with mice or cockroaches or anything like that, which I know can be an issue in that area. 

I would certainly recommend Redblock – and Ilya – to other renters.

I have enjoyed working with Redblock Realty and their agents. The home inspection process was smooth. The agents and staff at Redblock were prompt and professional at all times. The few concerns that came up were handled quickly and professionally and I have not heard a complaint from my clients on their lovely fully renovated home purchased 2015.
