Examples of inappropriate include but are not limited to: ethnic slurs; profanity; material that is harassing, defamatory, fraudelent, discriminatory or sexually explicit; material that infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights and; material that is submitted for marketing, promotion, or for other purposes that fall outside the scope of addressing public safety issues.
