We have been using Redding's for over 10 years now and have experienced nothing but knowledgeable professionals who care about doing the job right. From simple maintenance, plumbing, HVAC or just answering a simple question, we have found hiring Redding's is THE way to go. Our house was built in 1950's, and Redding's retro fitted the A/C in 2007. For ten seasons it has performed flawlessly with zero 'warm spots' or 'freezer rooms'. Yes we did have other companies come in for the bid, but it was clear they didn't understand the job; all they wanted to do was size it and sell it... We bought a 19th Century home almost three years ago and invited three companies to quote us for central AC installation. Reddings made us feel confident throughout the entire process with clear explanation of our AC options, constant face to face updates, pleasant and respectful installers and a quiet /efficient system. Redding's performed a boiler and indirect hot water heater installation at our home as part of our conversion from oil to natural gas. From initial consultation through installation their customer service was impeccable and the process was executed flawlessly. Their sales and technical staff went above and beyond to help us with any questions we had as well as accommodated our various needs. We will definitely be using them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a local plumbing and HVAC contractor.

I have a leaky faucet in my bathroom. I can't write that in the past tense, because after calling these guys, it's still leaking. Reddings sent someone over (the earliest they could do was five days after my call), and they spent about two minutes looking at it, then went out to their truck for 10 minutes. The plumber returned with a bill for $95 (1/2 hour of their time), and told me I'd need a new faucet and trap drain. That's it. No repair, no "hey, here are your options", no estimate on what they could do to fix it, how long it could take, how much it could cost. It was literally the least amount of effort anyone could do.

THE worst customer service. I grew up in the town this company is located and even knew a few techs. but they lady they have running the service call is very rude. I simply called for a quote and instead I got yelled at and disrespected. The company I know does great work however, employing people like the lady I spoke with today will hinder success.
