We recently had Redmon Heating & Cooling install a new furnace and A/C unit.  From start to finish they did an excellent job.  Bob contacted us the very next day and set up an appointment.  He submitted a quote the same day with a variety of options.  We ended up choosing Redmon because they offered an option that was right for our home and budget.  The crew that came out to handle the installation were professional and very efficient.  They completed the job in short order, but also did clean work.  We are very pleased with the results.

Another great experience today with Redmon Heating after 15 years using the company!  Honest, friendly staff without a push to upsell.  Highly recommend!

One of the nicest companies you will ever work with. They laid out everything in a clear manner that let me chose a good path. They wont pressure you in to a decision. Got an entirely new furnace in 2 days after the initial inspection, very quick work and the techs informed me about all the details of my new system. Highly recommended.

Called to get my air conditioning looked at after being told next week by 2 other places.  Came out and repaired that moring.  Great service.   Will be using them in the future.

In 2007 I purchased a Bryant Air Conditioner from Redmon Heating & Cooling after getting 3 quotes from the top air conditioning companies servicing Grand Rapids.  Redmon won me over because of Jim's professional manner in our initial meeting.  Didn't hurt that Redmon was low bid, even though for me price wasn't the #1 top priority - rather service, quality, reputation were my main concerns.

Here it is a year later and I couldn't be happier.  I'm sorry I didn't do this years ago.  I HIGHLY recommend Redmon Heating & Cooling.
