Nothing at this place works.  Two of the three entrance keypads are inoperable.  No cameras  there work and if something is stolen they offer no assistance.

From day one, the process for renting our storage unit has been flawless... even taking into consideration a lot of the processes were done over the phone.  When we arrived here from Atlanta, GA, we found Redondo Hermosa Mini Storage not only to be the most affordable, but the most accommodating as well.

India was very pleasant to talk to when she reserved our unit over the phone.  Matthew, the manager on site and who has handled our account since, has literally treated us like family from that Friday forward.  He listened to our needs and helped us along the way completely!

Communication is key in my business and quality customer service is hard to come by.  Matthew has surpassed all of those expectation and more.  ** If I were hiring within my own organization, I would certainly seek out Matthew as a top candidate.  Thanks for making our experience and our first impression ( which you never have a second chance to make a first impression ) an awesome one Matthew!!  Be well.

Absolutely the most poorly managed, arrogant and hard to deal company I've ever dealt with in any industry.  You should avoid these people at all costs.
