They are a dishonest company who only cares about $ not people. Awfully maintained property, disorganized and deceptive mgmt.  We thoroughly cleaned our place before moving (which was filthy upon moving in) and still didn't return SD. They produced a fabricated lease. 
 Don't believe anything they say. In fact don't rent from them!

This company is horrible. The person who helped us find the right place was very nice but then she didn’t answer our calls and started avoiding us. Place was showed one way then was completely different. When we moved in they had roaches and mice and the downstairs neighbors were very ignorant and disrespectful. Don’t rent from them they are worse than  slum lords.

My fiancé is currently in Iraq and rented from reds properties before he was deployed. The garbage disposal has been broken for 10 months and 10 months ago they said they would be back with a new part to fix it and they have actively ignored my phone calls. The living arrangements are absolutely terrible and I have been referred by public officials multiple times to go back to the landlord who I have reported to them the land lord will not return my calls nor help in any way. This is how he treats a military family how do you think he’s gonna treat yours. Rent at your own risk but I wish there is a way to give negative stars.

I looked at 3590 Daleford Road and it not only looked bad but smelt too.  Hopefully the pictures I took post to Google.

What a group of crooks. No problem taking your money, trying to charge late fees, hiring sub-standard contractors, and in general, being slum-lords. Hope you don't need a response from them anytime soon...you'll die waiting for them. Don't ever trust them. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Every bit of plumbing that their contractors did since last May, has now been re-done. And they force you to release them from any responsibility, past or future, on their work/repairs before they will release the property for sale.  And don't you dare question them, they will accuse you of threatening them.  All-in-all, a STAND-UP, STELLAR, group of professionals. Just make sure you check before signing with them...they are not recognized by the Better Business Bureau.
