Bohemian Chic describes this fabulous Cafe. Serving Breakfast, Brunch,Lunch and Dinner for almost twenty years. Redwood Cafe is one of Southern Sonoma County’s best kept secrets. Michael and Moose, the Cafe’s charismatic owners are both veterans of the San Francisco Restaurant Scene. They moved to beautiful Sonoma County in the early 1990’s to raise their family’s and to become part of a wonderful community. The Cafe is extremely kid friendly and boasts that a large percentage of their patrons are Sonoma State Students. The Cafe serves Beer and Wine and hosts Live Music multiple nights a week. In addition the Cafe has a constantly rotating selection of local art on the walls,frequently including artwork from local elementary schools. Come check us out, I promise you won’t be sorry.

Restaurant prices, diner experience. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger for $13.95. This includes fries, or your choice of other sides. I usually benchmark a place by their burgers if they are a focal point of the menu.

There are just some burgers where all of the "other" things - bun, lettuce, tomato, onion - are the center of presentation. This was one of them. Visually fine, but the taste. Bacon was great. The beef left much to be desired. The flavor profile - I'd say 40% the meats, 60% bun and condiments. 

Ambiance - Diner. This place wasn't too busy on a Saturday morning, which I think is great. The service was decent, about a 15-20 minute wait for food.

Favorite breakfast place, veggie scramble and eggs blackstone are two dishes I'd recommend. Lunch/dinner is great too; I really like their sandwiches and wraps. A few years ago they added a stage and many more drink options, including a lot of good craft beers. A little on the expensive side but great food, you pay first so you can just leave when done, and great options for those with special diets (like vegans).

Great place for breakfast or brunch. Family friendly, fantastic coffee with free self serve refills. You order at a counter, which seems not as relaxing, but seating area has great ambiance. Tip: go before 9am on the weekends to avoid the rush. Pro: fireplace. Con: don't order the veggie omelette. Seemed to be just frozen veggies wrapped inside a scrambled eggs (not scrambled into the omelette).

Love this place. Great food. Great people. And efficient, no matter how busy it gets. Lots of musical happenings, community events and displays of artwork. Such a friendly vibe. Their Chinese Chicken Salad is one of my favorite dishes, a different take on the traditional. Highly recommended.

My absolute favorite place to dance to unique funky world based music; plus they have really good food for dinner, lunch, or breakfast; everything there is reasonably priced too.
