i was new to the area and the folks at this branch really stepped up to accommodate me.From the Deborah in new account,Nancy the manager, Bob the branch manager to all the tellers,everyone was pleasant and couldn't do enough to make it a very pleasant experience.You need to bank here to.it's like banking used to be.

I dont like banks at all but my experience over the last year with redwood capital has been great. The tellers always remember my name. I can always get a person on the phone to talk to. As someone who has worked in customer service for years, I can confidently say that these are the best tellers I have ever met.  Its nice to share a laugh with them and leave the bank (Yes the BANK) with a smile on my face. I may still be broke but at least I like my bank. Shout out to Lori and Rebecca *untz untz untz*

You have gotta be kidding that review is way out of line.  There is no way a teller at Redwood Capital would be rude.  This by far is the best community bank in Humboldt County.  The credit unit is good but it is a credit union not a traditional bank.  Redwood Capital is outstanding and truly is a community bank and does not just say they practice it.  Thank God for Redwood Capital Bank.

Horrible service. The bank tellers behave like little girls. I mean honestly I have seen them sneer at customers and even laugh at them behind their backs. Truly horrible service. Furthermore there is one bank teller that refuses to service my friend sending them to other bank tellers. Rude, unprofessional, and simple minded. 

Don't go to this bank. Coast Central Credit union is far more reliable. I made a huge mistake doing business with these people. End of story.

Made a new account with then it was the nicest people in town and the tellers are all nice and if I Had to I would live in that bank
