Sat in office for 30 min and when talked to by the lone rep  was told there was nothing he could do that i was give the wrong info.thanks for wasting my time and for not giving me your name to to complain to tour supervisr

I have just had a remarkably good experience applying successfully for a home equity line with RCU.  Every interaction with staff was helpful, pleasant and was able to ease me though to a successful conclusion.

As a result, I have changed by bank from West America which has become increasingly "corporate" in it's dealings with me.  I had been with Sonoma Bank for years and with the takeover by West America client relations deteriorated.

RCU is a refreshing experience of the past when client relations and satisfaction mattered.

They are great to work with to get a loan.  If you have Quicken and use it to download transactions, forget it.   I gave them a 5 because they have always been easy to work with though.
