I use them fairly often. The drivers have all been very nice. I had to use them very late one night and the driver made me feel very at ease. Especially because I had my 2 year old with me. All of the drivers I have had are extremely kind and professional. They are also reliable.

I have been frequenting hey taxi, which is now "redwood taxi" since I was 16 years old. I have received nothing but top notch professionalism and friendly drivers. They are my "go to" taxi service and I recommend them to all of my friends and family members. If you're looking for a reliable, on time and safe way to travel look no further.

Spent time in Ukiah last weekend and was going to Uber, but decided to use Redwood Taxi instead... and I am sooo glad I did. I used the service on four different occasions and the weekend dispatcher was great, friendly and always gave perfect time estimates of when the driver would arrive. Cars were clean and very comfortable. Drivers were very professional and drove safe despite the crazy lady who stopped and stood in front of the taxi on State Street. Fares were much cheaper than I expected too! Highly recommend Redwood Taxi!!!!

Redwood Taxi is the best. They are handy, on time, and always friendly to deal with. They know me and my family and always take time to ask about them. I have used taxi services all over the United States and Redwood Taxi is the best. My Significant Other has travel the world and feels the same way I do. Redwood Taxi is the only way to ride in Ukiah.
