They got me what I needed FAST (washer & dryer to handle massive stacks of laundry). I'll be going back for a refrigerator soon. They were easy to work with & BEST PRICE around. Go local!

They smoke inside the store. Otherwise nice people. But I will not return nor will I do any business with a place that allows or lets employees (or owners) to smoke inside or even near an entrance. This is a reflection on them of poor choices.

Purchased a Bosch stove from Reeds on 10/12/07 with what I thought was a 10 year warranty. spent almost 1000.00 with the extra cost of the warranty. The cook top just went on it on 01/17/13. Called Reeds to find out that I only have a 5 year warranty on it and that I am 2 months and 5 days over the warranty period. I was also told I would have to pay a service tech from there location 80.00 to come and look at it and I would also have to pay for parts and service. Very rude on the phone and didn't want to do anything for me. Called Bosch and the part for the stove is 827.00. They were very useless too. The Moral of this story is DON'T BUY !!!!!

Purchased a $3000 refrigerator that died less than 2 months later. They told me it would take them over a week to get in the parts to come out and fix it and there was nothing they could do. Less than two months. What a joke of a shop. This store gets the real stores rejects and then sells them out so they can inevitably do service on the appliance. Would NEVER EVER shop or deal with them again.
