Highly recommend! Their places are always well cleaned, quick to respond to work order requests. Their website makes it quick & easy to pay rent any time of the month. Also if given notice, they are willing to work with tenants with payments in times of emergency. All they want to see are people living happy. 
If you get the chance get in touch with Kianna Nielsen as your property manager! She is the best property manager, aside from Cody, the owner.

Cody and his team always go above and beyond what is asked of them.  They are a very hardworking team that have given me the peace of mind to know that my rental properties are well taken care of.  It makes owning properties so much easier when you know that you don't have to take care of emergency calls, or late rent payments, or finding new tenants because Cody's team does it all, and they do it well.  I highly recommend them.

If you are looking for a great property management company you have found them with Reeder.  They find good tenants fast and stay on top of rental units problems.  Highly recommended!

We love Reeder’s! We own a townhouse that we rent through them and have had nothing but the best service during this whole process. Everyone that works for them is professional, and takes care of us 100%!
