The Reeders have been managing the property formerly owned by my Grandparents in Hammond, and now my out-of-town Aunt since 2011, so they were the first company that I considered for selling my parents' home when Dad passed in June this year. I also live out of state and am Trustee with a full time job, and had no way to hire contractors for the process. But I also knew that this was an easy sell in Munster, so I considered them because of their property maintenance contacts. Warren has a team that transformed my parents' home from 30-year old carpet to magnificent hardwood floor at an amazingly low cost, and other matters that got us an offer AT ASKING PRICE over 1 weekend. Warren and I agreed every step of the way on pricing of the home, of which inspection demands to negotiate or tend to, and ultimately the closing. FLAWLESS. Warren did everything that he could to keep this whole process painless.

I have no idea how they stay in business.  No one calls you back.  I had a property I wanted them to manage, so I called and was told Mr. Reeder would call me back.  I waited a week.  I called again, telling them no one had called, and was told he was on vacation but would call me as soon as he returned.  Two more weeks went by.  I called again and was once again told I would get a call back the next morning.  That was several months ago.

Warren helped me buy my first home and he is the best! So helpful. He was great at explaining everything to me and answering all my questions since it was my first home. Always got back to me quickly. Highly recommend giving him a call!

Horrible.....Never Returns Your Phone Calls...My Son And Daughter in Law...Were Trying To Rent A House In Whiting Indiana...A Beautiful  Single Family Home For 1175 per Month....They Have Not so good of credit... But They Have Ecellent Rental History....And They Are Nurses Making more Then 3x. TIMES THE RENT....THEY JERKED THEM AROUND FOR OVER A WEEK..BEFORE DENYING  THEM THE PROPERTY...FOR WHICH AGAIN MY DAUGHTER IN LAW HAD TO CALL THEM....MY SON AND DAUGHTER IN LAW ARE AFRICAN AMERICANS.....I DONT WANT TO BELIVE THATS THE REASON THEY WERE TREATED THIS WAY BY THIS COMPANY....BUT IM CURIOUS...

I signed up to see an apartment and they hung up twice then another apartment I called for they called me and when they realized I was the same woman they hung up again very unprofessional and if you ask me they were discriminating I would never rent from these people !
