If I could give NO stars, I would. Let's see...where do I start? 1.) I had a 10am appt on a Saturday for an oil change. Around 2:30pm I called and called. They put me on hold for 10 mins. I hang up, call again...on hold for another 5. SO.....I go there to see what was going on. 2.)  It was supposed to be FREE, as was the State Inspection. All I had to pay was emission. However...They failed my vehicle for wiper blades...(which I just recently replaced). They wanted me to pay $50.00 for a set of wiper blades. NO thanks. I guess that was to make up for the 'FREE' oil change and inspection. However, no one called me to update me or let me know this, as I would've stopped and got wiper blades....but...u know, they're busy. 3.) Now I'm getting texts and calls from them saying my vehicle is due for service. This tells me their info is obviously wrong, which concerns me because this service was done a month ago. Does it look like I haven't had service? Will this affect my warranty? Unreal. Let's get it together, Reedman!!!!!

Chevy Springfield has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They are condescending and cocky. Service manager ignored our calls for weeks. It’s been a NIGHTMARE leasing a 2016 Cruze with them. The car itself is awful. Been in the shop 7 times. Break booster replaced, computer replaced, engine rebuild, was in the shop for 45 days with 6,000 miles on the car and still no answers. Contacted cooperate, who is just as bad at Customer Service as the dealership. It’s been MONTHS with phone calls and emails giving us the run around. Had to contact the BBB. This has caused and still causing, many fights between my husband and I. I wish I NEVER leased to them. I wouldn’t wish this on my enemy. Last they had my car they made it so my “check engine” light isn’t so “sensitive”. So we are stuck with a broken car and still no answers.

Great experience buying from Reedman Toll Chevy of Springfield! We needed to downsize and ditch our minivan. We worked with Steve P who was awesome! Got a great competitive offer for our trade-in. Not only that we were treated as people and negotiated a phenomenal lease on our beautiful Equinox.

Although they got my parts order wrong, they were very accommodating. It was easy setting up an account with the information from my employer, since it was a business tho business sale. As far as I know it wasn't a hassle to return the part that was given tho me as inaccurate.

I had a really positive experience buying a late model used Chevy Cruze. The salesperson, Kevin, was very reasonable and helpful. No hard bargain or haggling took place. They did not try to push any extras as others normally do. Very straight forward, fast and simple process. I got in and out in less than an hour with my new car and love it.
