Classic car buying experience with all the stereotypical issues: told one thing then another, constant back and forth with sales person and then here comes the manager blah blah blah.... What a pain. When are car dealers going to wake up and provide a better customer experience. My experience? A salesperson that was trying to do my deal via his personal email account and provided me personal business cards instead of using the dealership email address and business cards. If I didn’t keep to his script, he was easily frustrated and unprofessional. A sales manager that states things he didn’t know, which ended up being false and the classic, “I’m losing money on this deal.” When I finally closed the deal and took delivery of my new vehicle, no salesperson was present to go over all the features, no manual for the vehicle and the inside of the vehicle was wet as if someone poured a drink or two all over the passenger side and back drivers side. What a horrible experience. The only reason I gave this dealer one star is because they were the only dealership that had exactly what I wanted with the most aggressive price. The dealership itself is is old, run down and filthy. In the wait area, expect to see a bunch of massage chairs with portable heaters and old 2016 vehicle brochures. Save yourself the headache.

Living in Connecticut both my wife and I were very apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle from an online advertisement. After contacting the dealership and discussing the vehicle in detail both of us were comfortable enough to negotiated a price. We were immediately welcomed upon arriving at the dealership and introduced to Angela Belmonte the Sales & Leasing Representative that we were working with over the phone. Angela showed us the vehicle explained the operational functions and was extremely patient answering all our questions in detail. After purchase Angela followed up daily over the next few days to ensure everything was satisfactory and to answer any additional questions. Over the last 40 years both my wife and I have purchase several vehicles from various dealerships. Angela is definitely a true professional and honestly cares if her customers have a pleasant experience while purchasing a vehicle. After this experience purchasing an out of state vehicle online is now another option.

Me and my boyfriend traded in a lease and bought another truck. Got totally ripped off. We TRADED old truck in, and got told AFTER that we have to still pay for the old truck and the new one. When we called the next day, we spoke to a manager. He said he will call us back the next day, STILL WAITING ON A CALL. Will never ever go back there or recommend them. Total rip offs!!!! Would give them 0 stars if possible.

Awful service. I have taken my car here for a few years but over the last year the service has gotten terrible. I dropped my car off the night before and promised the next day. 3 very simple things needed to be done. 2:00 rolls around and no update so I call. Receptionist wasn't sure so she would call me back. No call back. Call at 4 and apparently the mechanic left for the day and didn't update my file or inform anyone that my car had been done for hours. Guy on the phone was extremely rude and told me I needed over $1200 worth of things done to my car (half of which had been done 6 months earlier during my inspection, the other half they told me was perfectly fine just a few months earlier). Went to pick up my car and no one could find my paperwork. Finally found the paperwork and no one had entered it into the system. Pick the car up and was informed that everything else was good on the car and nothing else needed to be done. Terrible communication and completely mismanaged. Upselling you on a bunch of work that isn't necessary is a great way to lose business. Strongly advise to take your business elsewhere!!

Okay, where do I start?? First, the good, the bad and the ugly !!! The Service Manager Tom Taylor is a terrific guy !!! He has a great personality and is easy to talk with about anything. Most of the people are nice and can provide you with a complete understanding about your vehicle, especially the Assistant Manager Johnny !!! Now the major down fall !!! The dealership is programmed to charge you for everything, and I do mean everything. I know from experience because I worked with these people as an Advisor, but here's low of all low and damn right scum bag !!! I had a friend bring there truck in for service. Keep in mind they had no prior issues. Suddenly, we have a oil leak and a bill present for $7800 hundred dollars. Claiming that they need a new engine. Now the dealership will not take responsibility by admitting that they failed to tighten the drain plug, or perhaps double gasket the oil filter, or maybe the oil pan is damaged by no other than them !!! Chrysler Dodge Jeep is a crappy vehicle with recalls constantly growing !!! Stay far away from this vehicle !!! It will drain you of money and leave you stuck on the road somewhere !!! They will not take responsibility for their product and will always find a way to create a new cost !!! One last thing never applied for a service advisor position with these people, the position is always open with no job security !!! Scum of all scums !!!
