I wanted a new state of the art TV, so I researched specs and services provided by many retailers.  After consulting with Reel Time Sight & Sound I immediately made my decision. I selected Reel Time Sight & Sound because they are extremely knowledgeable and have great installers. All the workers treated me great. They scheduled my installation and ordered the parts.  Then they coordinated the complete job with the exact parts I ordered. The installers arrived on time and performed a clean installation. I recommend Reel Time Sight & Sound to anyone wanting to purchase audio equipment or video equipment.  If you want custom cabinetry they build to order with outstanding designers and carpenters.

A few Saturday's ago, I was having work function party at my home and of course my elaborate audio/video and house music system was not working properly.  My party was at 3pm.  I called ReelTime and they sent Lalo out to my house.  He was pleasant, patient and best of all got everything working in time for my party. I would never hesitate to use these guys again.

We have used Reel Time Sight and Sound for both of our barre3 studios in Orange County. They are extremely helpful and have helped us trouble shoot problems over the last four years. They are always on time and always courteous and respectful. I highly recommend their services for both residential and commercial projects.

I really cannot evaluate their technical service as they never showed up at my house for the prearranged appointment.  I made an appointment 10 days prior for the next Friday appointment, my day off and it was scheduled from 9 to 10 am.  When no one showed up and no phone call by 10 am I called Reel Time.  I was told that the technician was on the way and should be there shortly.  When no one showed up by 11:30 am I called again and spoke with Jason who then gave me a song and dance about a time window and he is delayed at another job.  Again there was no phone call or apology for the inconvenience.  I said I know the time window was 9-10. He said he should be there within the hour.  At 1:30 pm, 4 and half hours after the appointment time, I call again and am told he was at my house and left a note on the door at 9:30. That is impossible as my door was open and my dog was there and would have let me know if anyone was there.  There was of course no note on the door.  When I told the this to the guy on the phone, did not get his name as I was quite miffed at this point, he said yea we went to another address with someone with your last name.  The whole thing is absolute nonsense.  They screwed up big time and could not straighten this out after 3 phone calls.  Again not once was an apology offered for this amazing inconvenience.  If this is how they handle appointments and customers, I cannot imagine trusting them to do any actual work.  My advice is look elsewhere for audio visual service.
