Owner is a gem. She takes her time and does a wonderful job cutting my hair. She asks me what I want and I tell her, she cuts it exactly the way I want it. Her prices are fantastic! She remembers you instead of a number. I love this place and will continue to go back as well as promoting her salon as one of the true gems in this area!

the haircut was fine.. until I wanted to use a coupon I got in the mail and was accused of not being a new customer.. which I was. and will never be again after that ignorance

Worst expierence of my life!!!!! Paid for touch up blond high lites ended up with yellow orange hair! She offered to fix it and charged me  to fix!!!She put black lowlites in my hair!!!  she blow dried my hair with no hair protectant after all the color she put in my hair! Mean while she made me sit and wait while she blow dried an employees hair! So when it was all over I had yellow blond orange gray and black hair!!!! Check my Facebook for the pictures!!!! Nikki kingery. She wouldn't give me even half of my money back. I had to go to another salon to fix it and pay another $200!!!  I paid all this money to just have what I origally had! All I wanted was a touch up with alittle more blond!!! I cried I left crying she was so mean about the situation. Her husband washed my hair out spraying me in the face with scolding hot water no conditioner . She brushed my hair so hard I lost an earring. Idk what went wrong but this was so unfair to me. The new styalist was in shock by my hair. Legacy is where I went and omg did they do a great job! Again check out my b4 and after pictures . Reflections is before and legacy after! This is the first time in life I ever left a negitive review on anyone. I tried to contact her first and she wouldn't do anything for me . Her excuse was I sat in the chair 7 hours and blow drying and color cost money. HA. It took 7 hours because she messed up :( horrible day
